literally my childhood

I’m sick of hearing that Christians are ignorant for their beliefs. We believe what the bible says. That’s it. We aren’t being less like Jesus for not accepting the world. Jesus didn’t tell the woman caught in adultery “hey you’re a whore, but it’s ok you can still do your thing.” He said “go and sin no more” so I am sick of everyone, Christians alike, saying we shouldn’t stand against the lifestyles we disagree with. There is a time and a place to correct actions and definitely a way to do it. So I get it. Some Christians are nuts and lack compassion. But we have to stop acting like jesus is ok with us accepting him and never denying the world, because he’s not. Being compassionate and loving everyone doesn’t mean accepting and enabling a lifestyle against biblical views. Jesus paid the highest price to save us from our sins but we feel BAD about expressing this? He literally was beaten to death and he did it so we would be washed clean of our sins, and now we are telling jesus it’s invalid and worthless, and if he really loved them he would just accept them!

If you’re going to believe the bible, believe it. Its not a pick and choose kind of deal.

Ps. Dont try to play the “old testament law” game because I know its context and you don’t.

The picture shows a female red squirrel adopting an orphan baby from an abandoned nest. Although squirrels rarely interact, they learn who their nearby relatives are by hearing their unique calls. If they fail to hear a relative’s calls for a few days, they may investigate and rescue orphans.
